AB Werkt processes the following special category and/or sensitive personal data:

Data of persons under the age of 16

Our website and/or services do not have the intention to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16 unless they have permission from their parents or guardians. However, we are unable to check whether visitors are over 16 years old. We recommend that parents or guardians supervise their children’s online activity to prevent their children’s data from being collected without the permission of parents or guardians. If you have reason to believe that we have collected the data of someone under the age of 16 years without such permission, please contact us at helpdesk-eflex@ab-werkt.nl and we will then delete the data in question.

Why we need your personal data

AB Werkt processes your personal data to give you the opportunity to create an account.

If you work for AB Werkt, we need your data to establish and maintain the employment relationship, for employment with third parties, for the payment of the salary, and to comply with legal and other obligations.

Clients/members

If you are a client or member of AB Werkt, we need your data to maintain a business relationship, to make use of our services, and to establish, maintain, and execute the agreement between AB Werkt and the client/member. We also need your data to provide you with information or for making offers of our services.

How long we retain personal data for

AB Werkt does not retain your personal data for any longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it is collected.

Sharing personal data with third parties

AB Werkt only provides your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of an agreement with you, or in order to comply with a legal obligation.

Accessing, changing, or deleting personal data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself via the personal settings of your account. If you are unable to do so via these settings or if you have any other questions/remarks about the data processing, please send a specified request to helpdesk-eflex@ab-werkt.nl. To ensure that the request for access is indeed made by you, we ask that you send a copy of your identity document with your request. Ensure that you cover the photograph, MRZ (machine-readable zone - the line with numbers at the bottom of the passport), the passport number, and the citizen service number (BSN) in this copy to protect your privacy.
